This shade-grown, wet-processed Bali Blue Moon Coffee comes from the Kintamani Highlands region. After a devastating volcanic eruption in 1963 destroyed the surrounding coffee crops, the Indonesian government provided small farmers with new seedlings to replant in their fields. With a smooth body, strong chocolatey tones, and hints of syrup and vanilla, we’re all glad that they were able to restore this unique coffee!
Since Bali farmers are not permitted to use pesticides on their coffee crops, and all fertilizers on the island are 100% organic, you can be sure that this delicious coffee is free from harmful chemicals.
